On par with other Springhill suites. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent
Booked as Titanium elite member and was at the hotel in 2 hours only for the clerk to tell me she over sold the hotel. At least 2 others were turned away with reservations while I was standing at the counter. Not great service from a brand we love.
Avoid. Very poorly managed
Rooms are nice and clean. Only had two towels and the linens for the trundle bed weren't in the closet. Had to ask for them. Overall though, Spring Hill Inn & Suites Cromwell was really great.
