I am usually very satisfied with Marriott and Marriott-associated hotels, but there are exceptions to every rule. I stayed from August 16th to 23rd. The staff was friendly, and the décor and ambiance of the hotel were welcoming. However, from Thursday to Friday, I was unable to get my room cleaned. Before going out with my family, I called around noon to request housekeeping. To our surprise, when we returned later that evening, the trash was still in the bin and the bed had not been made.
