Clean rooms, friendly staff, rooms are good size. Only restaurants around are fast food but a lot of options. Safeway is close and right off the interstate. Will stay here again.
Gallup, NM has a lot of trains coming through. Their horns are loud. Be prepared for that. Otherwise the place is clean with good service.
We are really disappointed about this hotel experience. At a premium price we expect room service. We stayed 5 nights, but had room service only once. Even when requested and put on a special list, it did not happen. 4 times we had to pick up towels ourself at the reception at night. We were even ask whether we want to change the bed sheets ourselves. Unacceptable at this level. This hotel for sure does not live up to their promise and self proclaimed standards.
