Happy to know they accommodate locals staying at the hotel. Had to switch rooms due to finding a bug on the bed. The hotel also charged my card multiple times, total of four nights when I stayed for only one night and I am now having a difficult time getting a refund.

We stopped here late at night on our way from Sedona. The room itself was decent, but the towels and bedding could definitely use an upgrade. The white towels were noticeably discolored, and the bedding had visible stains. We were exhausted from our drive, so we didn’t have the energy to request a different room. With better attention to cleanliness and replacing worn linens, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

The elevator was out of order, the printer doesn't work (no printedreceipt), at least the front desk agent was professional and courteous and the breakfast was available.

Terrible stay for three days. Elevators were not working had to carry everything up stairs to the second floor. I can imagine other families staying here having to be told at check in the Elevators are not working. Next issue was room key not working due to computer issues. Really frustrating stay traveling from out of state to attend a funeral.

부담 없는 가격에 이렇게 깔끔한 숙소에 묵을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 침대도 편안하고 아늑했습니다.특히 조식이 너무 깔끔하고 다양해서 좋았습니다.재방문 의사 있습니다👍 good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
