I give it Travellers. A. tv channels were bad. Couldn't enjoy watching anything. B. Weekends are primarily the busiest times so I strongly suggest breakfast be available at 6am not 7am for early bird travellers. This was the main reason we chose Springhill because it offered free breakfast. I was disappointed.
Bed was hard. Hotel that was once nice and going downhill. Juice thing out of order, ice machine out of order, some weird cover up on the wall in the dining room, one elevator out of order. It just isnt being maintained. Saw a guy get tackled by the police - area wasnt safe to be in alone after dark. Oatmeal at breakfast was good though. Stayed on way to Grand Canyon.
