King suite was wonderful. Room was large with a couch as an extra bed if needed, a work space and a spacious bathroom. Walk in shower with plenty of shampoo and conditioner is always the best surprise. Lobby and rooms clean. Plus, they have a GREAT complimentary breakfast.
I had an excellent experience checking in thanks to Destiny at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth. It’s rare to come across someone who handles their job with such kindness and efficiency, and Destiny truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service all around!
We enjoyed our stay at this SpringHill. The room was clean, bed comfy and a really nice trundle bed (unfortunately we didn’t realize it was a trundle until the day we checked out despite them having a little sign about it in the room 🤣). Nice rooftop bar, free tea and lemonade in the lobby and my family reported that the complimentary breakfast was better than most.
