Stayed with my family and was great. Got great views and breakfast was amazing. Not to mention were walking distance from everything.
The hotel is in the Stockyards, which means that weekend traffic can be loud. Plan accordingly.
Went to stay with a complimentary voucher for a room and was still charged nearly $1000 for a king suite which was no where near worth the cost. Have been trying to get in contact with a manager for almost a week. Shady staff who don't communicate got me here. Management clearly has promoted taking advantage of guests *** have reached out to the hotel at least a dozen times to get this resolved and no one (including the AGM who responded) can return a call or help me. Terrible customer service all around***
