Clean and friendly.
This was (no exaggeration) the best hotel stay of my life. Alexys was such a wonderful, kind, and friendly person who made my stay incredible. The room was even better than the photos! I had a hard time with the wifi connection on a gamesystem but again Alexys and the telehelper who she connected me with helped so much. The beds were so comfortable and soft the couch was surprisingly another bed and it too was a comfortable couch which makes me believe it would have been a nice bed hahaha the shower was smaller than expecte... read more
My entire extended family always stays here when we come to town. Not anymore. I had a one night stay booked because of a family event in Fort Wayne. Due to a medical emergency, the family event was postponed. Not only did staff not allow me to cancel the reservation, they wouldn't even allow me to move the reservation to the new date which is more than reasonable. Disappointed to say the least during what is already a stressful time.
It's a Marriott. No complaints.
