Let me tell you idk how this place has 4.4 stars. I stayed for 4 days all 4 days no hot water. I even tried taking showers at different times thinking they were just out because other people but no. Also my toilet seat was broken. The walls in some places seemed like they had something on them. The shower walls has like dirt or something on them that I had to clean off. There was trash from someone else under my bed. All in all just worst stay.

Overall, the stay was okay and probably somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for me. The room was clean and most things worked fine, but there was a strange smell in the room, almost like a sauna or damp wood smell, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was also very basic and disappointing. The biggest downside was the staff, who were not friendly or welcoming at all. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.

Stayed at the SpringHill Suites Fort Wayne recently and overall had a pretty solid experience. The room was very clean, and the staff throughout the stay were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The hotel also has some nice amenities including an outdoor seating area, pool, workout facility, and meeting room. The free breakfast was a nice bonus as well, although once items ran out it sometimes took a while for them to be refilled. The biggest downside was definitely the sound insulation between rooms.
