Room was nice and breakfast was mediocre. Service left a lot to be desired when it came to being billed for the incidental room charge in error. Charge for $166 was pending and was supposed to drop off, but never did and has posted to my card. Billing dispute submitted through Marriott Bonvoy was closed out despite the hotel GM, Courtney Hatcher, not taking accountability for the charge and telling me I need to dispute through my credit card company.
