I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I frequently stay at Marriott properties, but this was unfortunately the worst experience I have had to date. While I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, I was shocked to learn that my room was considered recently renovated.
