The room and the hotel in general were not clean, with an unpleasant odor. I constantly felt itchy due to the lack of cleanliness. If you’re traveling with children and need a bed for them, don’t expect it — they don’t provide extra beds, pillows, or even bathroom towels. When you ask, the response is simply, “We don’t have any,” and the entire place seems to be run by just one person. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing looked fresh or clean, and the food tasted old. Staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating when vacation plans had to take an unexpected turn. Location is in a terrible part of the area. Parking is tight and the hotel is far from family friendly.
Upon arrival room smelled too flowery. Like just spraying to give it a cleanliness. Just clean it. No need for all the over flower smelling spray. What's with the lack of mirrors. Even in the nice sized closet a mirror in there would be perfect.
This hotel is very close to the American dream and was built in 2021
