First, I would like to commend the staff for being courteous and professional throughout our stay. However, I have a serious concern regarding our reservation. We initially secured a confirmed booking at a lower rate. Due to inclement weather, we needed to extend our stay by an additional night. When this change was made, the rate for our original reservation was increased without any prior notification.
