Great location and excellent staff. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 only because the shower was the slipperiest shower that I have ever been in.

the customer service is poor. The concierge didn't look me in the eye at all when I was trying to handle a double booking issue and they refused to give me a refund even though I tried to have the amount credited to another date. Disorganized and very unhelpful.
