Avoid at all costs, fraudulent over charging activity. I stayed for four nights here, but was charged an extra night. After calling the establishment multiple times in the past three months, the money has still not been returned, and the manager has still not called me. Dishonest activity.
Our tennis team booked rooms here last week. We were welcomed by Angel when we arrived. There was a mix up with the dates reserved but Angel worked hard to correct the error and make sure we were all on the same floor. She was always smiling and eager to help us in any way we needed. The Hotel was just as great as Angel was. Everything was new, and clean. We will be sure to book here again in May for our next tournament.
Sheriuka & her entire front desk team are great. They’re polite and courteous and friendly. They care and that’s not easy to come by now a days. I appreciate everything during my stay.
