This will be me and my husband's fourth time staying at Spring Hill Suites in Dothan, Al. Every time we've come we're welcomed with warm and friendly greetings from the front desk attendants. This time was no different, Cassandra was very kind and truly helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Also they have a nice breakfast selection. The hotel is conveniently located to everything in the area. We'll definitely be staying again..

On May 4th 2026 the woman working behind the desk on evening shift, I think from 530 pm till about 11 pm, was the kindest, most professional person I have ever met. I did not catch her name, but I was in a car accident and was 6 hours from home with no car rental. She took care of me. She checked on me. She gave me water. She made sure I was accommodated. I travel for work and this is hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed in. They cleaned my room everyday and organized it too which I dont mind at all. The suites are modern and cozy. Big props to the cleaning crew.
