Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights, non smoking thru Expedia. Firstly, both rooms were not ready for check-in. First room check-in was delayed by 15 minutes and 2nd room over 30 minutes. Secondly, disappointed with Expedia. My search to Expedia was free parking, free WiFi with breakfast included. I had to pay additional cost to SpringHill Suites for parking of 2 cars for 4 nights @$5 per day. I will not be using Expedia for hotel booking in future. Very disappointed with Expedia!!

First, parking is not free, it’s $5/day. Not a big deal but would’ve preferred they be transparent about it. Second, our room does not have hot water. We spoke with management multiple times. We had management check and they tried to gaslight us saying it’s not “cold” well yeah it’s tepid. My kids are refusing the bath because it’s too cold. Had to schlep them and all our stuff to their grandmas room for bathing. So frustrating and their response was ohh we can give you $20/off. Dude, I don’t want $20/off. I have two small k... read more
