Nice clean hotel. Heather at front desk was really nice. I've always worked at full service locations, and she is someone a full service could benefit by having her as part of the team.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOTH THE DESK PEROSN AND MANAGER HAD ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I BOOKED RESERVATION FOR MY SON, WHO HAS STAYED AT THIS HOTEL MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE, AND THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO CHECK IN BECAUSE HE IS UNDER 21. WHY DID THEY CHECK HIM IN PREVIOUSLY? ZERO COMPASSION, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT HOW A MARRIOTT HOTEL SHOULD BE RUN!!!!!!!
