Hotel was nice, it's the people that makes the hotel look bad.
Thee worst, I mean experience Myself or family had to experience ever. So,we checked in on a Friday at 5pm-ish. There was a 2 guest in front of us waiting to be checked in separately. It took about 45 minutes give or take for the rude worker to give us our key Once in the room, the floor was sooo damp and the room smelled like mildew and mold. Attention Management Markesha needs help at the front desk. I wanted to make a reservation and she rudely stated that she had to many calls coming to assist me with that and to call your 1800 number for reservations. There are questions that I have that a call center representative would not know unless they worked at this location. Her rudeness makes me come to the conclusion that she is over worked and in need of help.
