Room was decent. Couch had weird stains on it. My car and 5 other people's car got their window smashed Friday night. Hotel says they are not at fault even though they have security on site. Currently going through small claims to figure it all out.

This is a nice hotel with a beautiful room with ample space even for four people. I love how the bathroom has two sections with doors. One with a potty and the other with a shower and both have sinks and mirrors. Such a great idea! The view is of a parking lot or the highway, but it is very close to the art museum and also walking distance to Echo Park. They’re not a whole lot of restaurants within walking distance but downtown is so close by car!

The stay itself was fine, but I was disappointed with my experience after checking out. I had to leave after the first night of a two-night stay and asked two different front desk employees whether the points for the unused second night would be returned to my account. Both employees assured me that the points would be refunded within about a week.
