Cierra (the manager of Spring Hill Suites- Midtown) was a joy to work with! Our 50th Reunion reception flooded the lobby, and we were welcomed and accommodated every step of the way! We had an outstanding time and the location was perfect for our out of town guests. THANK YOU, CIERRA!!!!
The rooms and location here are fine, however I do not recommend booking this hotel for any type of event. I used this hotel for my wedding block, and it did not go well. We dropped off welcome bags after coordinating with the hotel, and many of our guests never even received them.. not sure where they went. Reservations were difficult to book through our block website/link, and the hotel employee who created it spelled my name wrong. The hotel is old and dirty. The rooms were old not updated. Not the cleanest. The gym looks as though it has never been cleaned, dirty towels and garbage laying around. Service was lazy not very friendly. Breakfast area was never wiped down or cleaned food and garbage laying around on the counters. I will not stay there again and do not recommend
