Victoria was very helpful in our accommodations and also suggested the yard house for dinner, and it was 10/10! Great service and friendly staff!
I’ve stayed at Marriotts for extended (4-5 weeks) and short stays for the past 30 years. This hotel is dilapidated. I was here having flown on a red eye for business. As I do with overnight travel, I book two nights so that I’m assured I can check in early once I’ve landed. I used the app and selected a 4AM (morning) arrival and sent a message to the front desk explaining my arrival time. Outstanding! Vivian was clearly skilled and seasoned in welcoming visitors to the city. Worked diligently to accommodate us and provided excellent customer service
Rooms need to be updated. Mine had what looked to be 1990’s janky furniture. Carpets were worn and in some places stained. Staff was very nice and pleasant but I probably wouldn’t go back to that one. Looked too old and worn out.
