The property is pretty nice, although there was nobody there to greet me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was like a typical Marriott room with modern furnishings. It was comfortable and clean. The ovation is great whether you are going to downtown, Clifton or any of the hospitals. You can't get any closer to I71 than this place is.
The A/C isn't the best doesn't get very cold, one of the elevators was out of service, the dryers didn't work, on floor 5 the ice machine didn't work, the smell throughout the hotel wasn't pleasant but the employees were very nice and generous. The gym is a little small, but the pool is a decent size though the water was very cloudy. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
