Absolutely Fantastic staff, Breakfast was delicious options included eggs, bacon, juice, waffles and fresh fruit. A little pricey but you can't beat it for the location.. 5 min to kings island.. we loved the beds so comfortable
WORST EXPERIENCE: EMBARRASSMENT TO THE MARRIOT FRANCHISE. Please book your trip or event somewhere else! Main points of concern: lack of accountability from hotel staff, poor room planning, insufficient organizational event planning, overall poor customer service and conflict resolution. I just got kicked out of the hotel the day of my best friends wedding and the manager refused to help me fix the issue of their mistake for not booking me in the wedding block time frame properly. I called multiple times to make sure my reservation was correct becasue despite my repeated requests I was never sent a confirmation email. The reservation was messed up without me knowing. Terrible service.
Another positive experience at a Springhill Suites. The staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate, room was clean and spacious. No complaints here! Would definitely stay again
