Perfect Stay Near Kings Island! New, clean, and super comfortable—SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Mason is hands down the place to stay if you’re visiting Kings Island. It’s only a quick 5-minute drive to the park, and the free parking makes it super convenient. The hotel has great amenities, including a well-equipped gym, an indoor swimming pool, and EV chargers in the parking lot—huge bonus for electric vehicle drivers. First time staying here and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel feels fresh and new. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere seemed great for families.
Decided to stay at a nicer hotel, hot water went out, I do understand, but wanted to see a small reimbursement. Manager said unable to compensate.
Ginny & Ellie took care of the breakfast area. They were working so hard our 3 mornings. All foods were replenished and cleaned up immediately. Keisha was very helpful and understanding with the noise situation above our room. Location for Kings Island and Cincinnati Zoo is perfect. Our family of 5 (three being teenagers) had enough room to move. Only downfall was the bathroom. The sink, toilet and shower are all in 1 room. It would be better if the sink was separate so another person could keep getting ready if someone else... read more
Pipe in the main lobby burst causing alarms and lobby flooding last time I stayed here. No big deal; figured I’d give it another chance. I’m currently without hot water/any running water for the past three hours (throughout the hotel). So, come here if you want that.
