We stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Mason three nights and booked two rooms for family. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfast area was consistently well-maintained with attentive, friendly staff. That is where the positives end. Coaches, parents, and football players were also staying at the hotel over the weekend. The football players appeared to be middle school and high school aged. My wife and i were hesitant about booking in this area because we are not familiar with it but Jasmine reassured us that this was a great place and she also was very knowledgeable about everything and we had a wonderful weekend and good food all In all 10 out of 10! You need more workers like Jasmine!!!
