Came last year with whole extended family and had a wonderful stay so booked again and it was a terrible experience. We arrived at 10:30 at night with 4 tired kids excited to get to bed and were given room 106, went down there and it smelled like a mix between a dead animal and poopy diapers. Went to desk and person at desk acted surprised( came to find out later they had given my brother the room next door and he also asked for a new room because the smell was intolerable). This place is extremely clean, updated, and the customer service is outstanding. Also, the breakfast is unreal. Dave and Phoenix were awesome. I honestly don't write reviews .. too notch place

First time here. The room wasn't too bad. Had to borrow the vacuum to vacuum all pet hair in thr room and brought our own lint roller to roll the carpet and bed sheets. The reason it's not a 5 star is because when we walked into the room, it had a bad smell while the AC was running. I checked the AC unit ang wiped around it and saw mold spores on the AC where the air comes out...please see attached pics. Luckily I brought a AC window unit filter and taped it down. This is a relatively new property. But once you spend a little time in it you quickly realize that many shortcuts were taken in construction and furnishing. First on the list is the terrible beds. More like futons on a slab of plywood. No box springs. No memory foam. Worst bedding I have seen in a main stream Marriott owned chain. See photo.
