STAY HERE instead of at the various Marriott properties closer to the interstate. It’s a ~5-10 min added drive and WORTH IT. Clean comfortable rooms and common areas. Nice big park with a pond and playground and walking paths across the street. Typical breakfast for SpringHill. A bunch of restaurants within easy walking distance. Great customer service. Very newly built and still in good shape. The area surrounding it is beautiful and features a huge park full of walking paths, gardens, and ponds. Would stay here again!
Marriotts are my go-to. But this one missed the mark. This clod of hair came out of my bath towel. The corner tile of my bathroom had the 2nd mass of hair. When I nicely brought to the attention of the desk staff at check-out, the staff member said " a certain amount of hair was to be expected"....... Really ? ? I dont think so. I stay at over 100 different Marriott properties annually. No. Thats not to be expected, or acceptable......I wont be back.
