Excellent spot to stay. The rooms were clean, location was convenient, and Rayne was very nice and helped us get an early check in. I would recommend staying here if you are taking a small 2-3 day trip.

This hotel was...well...not-so-great. I am a loyal Marriott customer, Gold Elite status in fact, and the room I got had furniture that was in such bad shape, I thought it would fall apart during my stay. There was obvious water damage to it. I'm guessing they somewhat recently tore up the carpeting in the rooms and replaced it with wood-like flooring, which is probably easier to clean, but was poorly installed. This is a terrible hotel. The corridor carpet is stained, the TV in our room had a cracked screen and would not work and the phone in the room was dead so we could not call the desk and had to go back to the lobby. Possibly the worst Spring Hill suites we have ever stayed in.

Great location but the room needs major improvements. Maybe the 4.0 ranking is that most of the rooms are in good condition, but my room is certainly not a 4.0. Rust on the baseboards, light fixtures, mold bathtub, paint peeling from walls, popcorn ceiling debris on floor, sloppy repair work, dust build up bathroom exhaust. Unacceptable! $300 a night for this!
