Nice hotel outside of Charleston downtown. Nice location for John's Island. Tiffany checked us in and it was the smoothest, quickest check-in I've had anywhere. She knows her stuff. Thanks.

Location and service was great What gives this hotel a 1 star is that it has bed bugs - I've never dealt with them ever in my life so honestly I've never prechecked a hotel bed for them - now I know. If you are staying there please take a look at the sheets and if there are any circle stains that are rust colored - potential that there are bed bugs Also, I didn't realize that the bites don't appear necessarily right away like an ant or spider bite might. This hotel needs a ton of work. We stayed here one night and that was too long. The cleaning crew left someone's hair on the bathroom floor. The hot water is on the cold side in the shower. The conditioner on the shower keeps falling down off the wall. This is by far the worst Springhill Suites we ever stayed at. Save yourself some money and find a better hotel.

Sono convinta che un hotel debba servire innanzitutto per riposare la notte. A che scopo mettere 8 (!) motori di condizionatori sotto la finestra di una camera? Per di più obsoleti. Abbiamo passato la notte in compagnia di rumori di lamiera. Altro che riverfront, La stanza 220, vista condizionatori.
