It was either new or just refurbished. Very clean and a comfortable bed!
Rooms are nice. TV is in a weird spot. Breakfast and service is very good.
I have stayed in some Marriott brand hotels where the beds are very hard and uncomfortable however, this SpringHill Suites bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay even though renovations were taking place. The staff was friendly and professional and I will choose this location again on my next visit to Buffalo.
Nice hotel. No complaints. Just a solid hotel.
