I had to cancel my trip due to unforseen circumstances, and it was only 2 days after I had made my reservation, and they REFUSED to refund me my $900!!!!!! So I lost $900 I could have used to re book to visit my senior citizen dad!!!! Horrible company!!!!!
My parents and I were privileged to stay and the SpringHill Suites in Bradenton and we could not be more pleased with the experience. The staff was just so kind and helpful, the rooms were amazing and the hotel was located in the greatest place for us to reach all of the destinations we wanted to visit.
