Great stay! Nice room, decent breakfast, roof top restaurant really convenient. Rooftop pool with great view to watch the sunset and marina. Free parking. Great service too, we had to keep a medicine refrigerated and they keep it in their big fridge just in case for us. Thank you!. We’ll be back!
I have stayed here 10+ times for work and it’s consistently great. Clean, good service, nice location near the water. At check in the woman kept my room # private which I really appreciated as a young woman traveling solo. That alone is worth a 5-star review in my book.
I booked and paid for a 2 night stay. My flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 6 am. When I go to check in they had charged my card and then told me they couldn’t find my reservation and they were sold out. We were left stranded after they took my money and I have proof of a reservation. No where was it canceled or was I informed. I looked around and called the Palmetto location. Excellent hotel, everything was very clean, organized, perfect to enjoy a pleasant weekend, perfect location, very rich food and super friendly staff. We enjoy it a lot 🤗
