The room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, and it is pet friendly which may be helpful for travelers with pets. However, our experience was disappointing. We were in room 307 and found fleas on the bed, which was very concerning. We also had a lot of noise issues. The people in the room next door were in and out of their room repeatedly starting around 4:00 a.m., and the door was slammed each time, making it difficult to sleep. Perfect location for fueling, less than 2 miles from Walmart. IHOP is in walking distance and less than 10 minutes from the VAMC.
This was the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. It was so dirty, smelled horrible. The bedding in our room clearly had not been changed, hair all over the bathroom. We ended up checking out after we got back from the concert we attended because it was so gross. Will definitely rethink staying at Marriott in the future.
Tried to cancel a room, had to work, and got charged a day anyways. BE AWARE OF B.S. POLICY!!!
