Stayed here in Sept 2010. beds are very comfortable and Chicago views are great. Service is somewhat shoddy though. had to go to front desk three times to get the preffered weekend rate that we were promised on the phone

Stayed at this hotel for a five day business trip October 2010. The hotel provided decent breakfast variety and evening appetizers. The rooms were for the most part clean. The bed(mattress) was uncomfortable and needs updating. My suite was a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The hotel is in a good location next to the movie theatre, Chili's, Wendy's and Charlie Brown's. It is pet friendly several occupants had their dogs staying with them which was a little surprising. This is a great place to stay for a long term hotel visit. It is comfortable and within easy access for freeways and shopping/restaurants.
very nice and comfortable place to stay at if your looking for hotel around this area.
Terrific service, friendly staff, clean rooms and the Concierge Lounge view (and food) was top notch. Only downside was the parking situation in the front of the hotel which was chaotic with cars blocking some of the three/four lanes of the entrance ramp at times. The Valet staff did their best but there has to be a better way.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Parking is expensive and swimming pool is small. The pool heater needs repair. The restaurant's mother day breakfast was excellent.
Excellent location if you plan on visiting the Naval Academy. Clean, bright, decent breakfast and helpful staff.
