I don't usually give 5 stars to hotels, but this one truly deserves the best review. The price is reasonable, all the amenities are great, and the room quality is exceptional. The staff service is fantastic and incredibly accommodating. Breakfast is wonderful, too. I highly recommend this hotel in Albany.
This is an old Springhill that desperately needs a refresh. The tile in the bathroom is heavily cracked and uneven. The gym was dirty, with dust bunnies hanging out of the overhead air conditioner filter (see picture) and dumbells left a brown stain on my hands. On check in, the lobby and common area air conditioning wasn't working leaving everything incredibly hot and humid. As a positive, the check in staff were very kind and the hotel was quiet.
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the location was convenient for getting to SPAC. One downside for me was that the shower area didn’t have any hooks for towels.
