I called ahead to rproperty to see if they had hot tub. They said, yes. When I got there they said, no. They tried to tell me I dialed the main #. I did but called them after because main # told me to .They lied so I didn't check in.
Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom a little small but rooms very clean.
Im a Hair and Makeup artist and was traveling with my assistant and cameraman/content creator. On November 5th-6th we stayed at the Marriott Springhill suites in Albany under the reservation for Jenny Tabales. The receptionist we had this unfortunate encounter with was Nina. I called the hotel on 11/5 at 3:14pm to let them know I would be arriving later to check in due to the fact that I had class and was driving up from Manhattan. We had a suite and the room was nice and clean. No complaints, we would stay here again in the future.
