Check in was a breeze. The front desk attendant Nina was super friendly. She explained the benefits of the hotel such and the locking front doors, the best place to park, the location of elevators, the availability of the fitness center, and complimentary breakfast times. She asked if we needed a wake up call due to our early flight. Beyond that Nina had a wonderful personality, smiled, and made eye contact with communication. I had a terrible experience at this hotel! The room quality was disappointing—the sofa had visible stains and looked filthy. The service was even worse! The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional; they clearly need training on how to properly greet and assist guests. I will never stay here again! To make matters worse, I requested a revised invoice during checkout, and I was assured it would be emailed to me within five minutes. I never received it.
