Horrible beds and horrible pillows. Smelly lobby, crappy pool. Close proximity to dunkin drive thru and amazing soft serve.
Served its purpose. Breakfast was good. There was some hair in the bathroom but otherwise good to go.
One of the rudest and unprofessional customer service from the front desk to the manger on duty: every one carries a chip on their shoulders and talk down to the customer. When I asked for the manger, the manger had his hands in his pocket and without even trying to assume a presentable posture or face the customer he introduced himself as “ I am THE manger” as if I was trying to explain my concern without being rude encouraged by his attitude… the receptionist started singing the so-called Manager’s praises. We stayed here while seeing Dave Matthews Band at SPAC. The drive to/from the venue was a straight shot on I-87. Super easy. The hotel itself had very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower pressure was amazing. And the hotel basically shares a parking lot with Wendy's, which makes for a nice after-show snack!
The rooms in this hotel are old and worn down. The door to my bathroom was dragging on the floor and the laminate was falling off of it. The panel by the desk was kicked in and the tile in the shower was cracked and repaired poorly. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
