I cannot say enough amazing things about Sheri Tadlock. She was truly the number one reason my experience with DR Horton was such a great one. Last edit: So, I did find out they in fact did put in a smaller unit than this house was supposed to have per the city. Beware. Edit edit: So we have found out that it is very possible that DR Horton lied, excuse me, "oversimplified" paperwork submitted to the city in order to put a smaller unit on the house than was needed. We are currently working with the city now to verify. Will update again once we know. Quick edit before you dive into this long saga. First time homebuyers with a new family & the house is great. However, the drainage and gutters are already causing erosion and foundation problems and the house was built in 2024.. How this builder decided having us on the corner at the bottom of a hill and not install French drains or proper grading is crazy . The warranty was great until it came to the bigger issues like shown in the pictures. Then it was suddenly not their problem.
