I originally gave a 5-star review almost solely based on how our experience with our salesperson, Russell, was. We had several different issues from contracting to move-in, all DR-related, but Russell's helpfulness made up for it. We have lived in our home for 2 years now. We have had numerous issues with the home in the years. Our water line has been drilled into, cabinets falling off the wall, yard drainage issues. The list goes on. A year ago we had someone come out to look at our AC unit because our house was getting into the 80s daily. They came out and told us there was a leak but they said they fixed it. This year, we were having the same issue so they came back out and said there is another leak because of a kink in the line. This is an issue ... read more
