I live abroad and was back visiting my mom. She has lived here for approximately 8 years. She was having an issue with her shower and within 24 hours of reporting it, the maintenance staff (Tyler and Ryan) were in her apartment fixing it. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I spoke with them while they were in the apartment, and I know that they look after my mom and her needs. I have lived here for six years and have had a very good experience. However, Tyler and his crew are the best maintenance men ever. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and thoughtful. Tyler is the BEST!
