They dont answer the phone, took 2 days of continuous call just to not even speak to someone, she said please hold as soon as she got on the phone was on hold for 9 mins just to get transferred to a line that nobody answers the transfered back to the main menu... Dont waste your time

Tried to cancel an appointment because I might have covid. Phone didn’t work in the morning, and not the first time. No messages left were returned. I went into the office to tell them I was canceling, and told them about the phone problem. The girl at the desk only spoke with a mutter. I asked her twice to speak up. Stilll muttering. I finally just said I’m canceling on and not coming back. No way on their website to contact them, except for a malfunctioning phone.

Came here to see a dr. about insomnia issues. They completely disregarded my concerns, gave canned responses, and pushed for a sleep study to focus on sleep apnea even though I made it clear that I have it but it's not a concern at this point. I went forward with the sleep study out of frustration. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks and could not create an account on the portal that their website linked to.
