Just been to 'A time to remember' service at the hospice, to remember Cyril, our Dad and Mum's husband of 68 years. Had a chance to speak to Michelle Ryan before the service started, what an absolute gem she is, such a beautiful lady who gave us lots of information about what is done/goes on at the hospice. The service was beautiful. Each and every one of you who spoke, and were involved in the service were thoughtful and caring. Loved doing the message on a pebble. Loved the tea room. Too long to implement safeguarding. We had issues tying to get the bed they gave us picked up and after nearly 2 weeks, we had to have it disposed of.
