I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Najafi for over 14 years, and until now, I have always had good experience with her ( and honestly not always with her staff) However, my recent visit was an absolute disaster!!!! I had a 5 p.m. appointment, confirmed well in advance on June 6th, yet the office tried to cancel or reschedule without properly notifying me a day before my appointment.
