Excellent hygienist, she communicated clearly and seemed very skilled. The dental assistant was pleasant, the dentist was efficient, and the front desk staff helped explain my insurance to me to make sure we didn't go too far over what is covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
Cleaning for my son who has severe food allergies so anything that goes into his mouth is always very nerve wracking and can be a risk. The staff was understanding double checked ingredients in everything they used for his first cleaning. The second cleaning he had this week we had a different hygienist and she noted his allergies right away and confirmed she would use identical products and flavors as his first cleaning.
