Threw away my baby walker when they didn’t put it in my stuff. Turned me away when I tried to come back bc he hadn’t put hands on me again just yet was only threatening. Left to live w my mom and it didn’t work out so I had to go back to him and they wouldn’t help me. They did help me a lot while I was there but they also would do things like a fire drill after I told the whole staff I was taking a shower in the cold.

Well, I called up there for help and they told me that I wasn’t Qualified for emergency housing and now I’m stuck in a situation that I don’t wanna be in, but they didn’t wanna help me

Was treated so poorly after the DV incident we experience. Office lady threatened to call CPS if I didn't give them a emergency contact. So I called cps & they said spring haven had no case to be doing that. There's no violation. Treated so poorly. No one going thru DV should be treated that way at all. Do not call them for help. Go else where to get the help you need. Springhaven, There was no child abuse. I was there for DV.
