Jerome and Sally are lovely to deal with. Our installer Alex was awesome as well. We bought our kitchen cabinets from Springfield in 2020. This fall we noticed the paint was chipping off on some of the cabinet fronts. When we called to ask about the issue, they sent 3 people to come inspect the problem. They ended up replacing all of our cabinet fronts almost 5 years later free of charge. went to 5 places for quotes, and springfield woodworking was the least expensive. i cant say cheapest because they look like very well made cabinets. jonathan was great to deal with. answering any and all questions i had. when it came to installing them, shawn was quick and precise, as well as friendly (even showing a few tricks on how to make it easy). not only would i recomend springfield woodworking, i would use them again if i ever did a remodel.
