1. Friedman does not run this anymore so the fact that the owner still has them on their website is misleading 2. Have tried for months to contact someone for the refund that they told me I was owed and no one returns calls or voicemails. Do not rent from this property or wherever else this owner owns

Its been 5 years and hundreds of phone calls but i finnally am getting things repaired here, The new Manager is ok but cocky when you point out the faults this place has. I have walls cracking, paint curddling, repairs that were made and wrong paint used to fix. I highly suggest looking around for the rent you pay here for really just get the unit, storage are, and there are pay by use washers and dryers . Other places have a pool and a gym and playgound for kids. Go there Just the truth
Pretty nice apartment complex, easy access to main roads and easy access to the main portion of Morton. Lots of easy access to stores.
Just wanted to say that everyone has been super attentive and accommodating in anything that I needed. Springfield Valley is a beautifully clean and quiet/peaceful development with very sweet people. Thank you to Marissa, Sam, Colleen and Henry and Kaleel and staff for your kindness and keeping our development beautiful!,
