I have dealt with them only on the phone, but Brandon has been great. I live some hours away and I needed something a bit unique. He handled it in a professional way, explained why he had to do what he did, but then helped in ways I could get no one else to help. In fact, one of the KC companies was downright nasty about the situation. I was so very pleased.
