Absolute fantastic company to do business with. Have never met such a hard working team ready to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Horrible after sale!! Bought brand new trailer $89,000 and needed warranty help. I got 2 emails from them and that was it. They only care about the sale and nothing after that! Glad the trailer manufacturer helped me out because this place is a joke! Do business elsewhere and should be 0 stars!!
Edit - I paid out of pocket to fix it myself. Around $1000. Not that much for a big company like yourself. Thanks for screwing me. Also, your reply that I might have the wrong company and should consider deleting my review, no chance, I still have his business card. I know exactly who he is and what company screwed me. Seemed like a nice guy, then became a liar. Edit - your employee Craig backed into my van with his truck. He lied about what happened to the insurance so they would deny the claim. William Cable delivered excellent customer service! I bought my first flatbed from Monday however, it had recurring lighting issues. During my last visit, William didn’t placate me. He researched my prior visits, diagnosed the root of the problem, and fixed everything. Monday should promote him into leadership, use him as a trainer, and positive example for others to follow. I plan to purchase my next flatbed from Monday.
Edit: 7-8-2025 I tried to use this company one more time and what a waste of time. I tried to order 2 doors to replace on my toolbox for my 48 ft Manac Combo SD and it was nothing but a run around. They never ever call back when they say they will. I won't use them for anything ever again. Very poor customer service and communication. I wouldnt buy anything from this company.
