I had an exceptional experience at Springfield Surgery center. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Had a procedure with Dr. Mir, and the experience with her and the staff was amazing!!
I’ve never felt more compelled to write a review. I have a serious fear of needles and was terrified about getting a nerve block injection in my neck. But from the moment I walked in, I felt safe and cared for. Every person I interacted with, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors, was incredibly kind and compassionate. This was my first time having to get injections into my neck . I was super nervous the whole process was smooth . The staff was very kind and made me feel better prior to .And I feel like Dr . Z was very thorough and my procedure was fairly quick and least amount of discomfort .
So March 1st and April 5th I drove from Harrisburg PA to get my injection shots done! My doctor she’s excellent, I got no complaints about her! The center unfortunately really upset me. Both times I was there. I waited three hours and whatever minutes I was there. It was longer to wait in that office than it was for my drive back to Pennsylvania. April 5 was the worst. I arrived there at 9:30 to fill out the paperwork, was sitting in the waiting room until 11 o’clock to be called into the office to go over my medical stuff. ... read more
