I’m giving them one star because I’ve had 10 procedures done here for vein treatments, and every time I am here I wait between 1-3 hours to be seen, sometimes just for a follow up ultrasound. Dr’s are great but they schedule too many people to be seen at once and it affects other patients care. Currently have a DVT in my leg and have been waiting to be seen for my ultrasound for almost 2 hours
I had an exceptional experience at Springfield Surgery center. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Had a procedure with Dr. Mir, and the experience with her and the staff was amazing!!
I’ve never felt more compelled to write a review. I have a serious fear of needles and was terrified about getting a nerve block injection in my neck. But from the moment I walked in, I felt safe and cared for. Every person I interacted with, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors, was incredibly kind and compassionate. This was my first time having to get injections into my neck . I was super nervous the whole process was smooth . The staff was very kind and made me feel better prior to .And I feel like Dr . Z was very thorough and my procedure was fairly quick and least amount of discomfort .
