An excellent team of GP's and Nurses. Always helpful. My husband and son were looked after so well through their cancer diagnosis.
I have been a patient at Springfield Surgery since it opened. I have always found the staff tto be competent, professional & caring. The doctors go the extra mile to get the best available treatment for their patients.
Never had a bad experience here, polite friendly staff. I rang at 8 am today and got an urgent appointment at 8.50. I've always felt listened to and never rushed. The app for reordering sick notes etc is really good as well.
Very bad.. temporary doctors getting patient with mental health discharged for raising there voice..... Very unprofessional... much better doctors in the area
Always polite and friendly, doctors are great at communicating as are the nurses and reception staff. I have never felt spoken down too, as happened in a previous surgery. Definitely recommend the surgery and the staff
