Very well managed GP surgery.. Excellent Service..Staff brilliant..
Called for an app after having a breakdown , told Dr suggested a routine appointment so 2 weeks for mental health appointment they then went on to make a face to face appointment FOR me without letting me know !! , I’ve now left this surgery as I feel the ‘CARE’ wasn’t there at all and just a ticking box purpose and FYI if some1 cannot get an appointment for a medication review (tried to make it beginning of dec to suggested 16th January 26 thankful I’ve left such a bad surgery.
