Quick and easy. Very convenient!
Customer service is great. But the issue that the gate is not closing and it isn't a locked facility angers me a lot. The main reason I chose ur facility is bc prior to u guys my unit was broken into several times due to lack of security. I hope the issue has been resolved and doesn't occur in the future. Especially for as long of a duration as it did this time. I pay good money to make sure my items And heirlooms are protected.
I enjoy having this unit. I do not like the last two weeks the gate has been wide open. People leaving tons of trash and random people asking for jumps inside of the gate
So easy to setup over the phone and feels safe to access.
Great to work with and easy account setup.
