This place is deplorable!! It’s run down, the food served is horrible, certain staff members are unprofessional, administrators have turned over 3x in the 2 years my aunt has been there. My aunt refuses to move because she is used to being there. I do not want to progress her dementia so I agreed to give this facility one more chance. The owners and shareholders of this place should be ashamed of themselves. I am submitting this review to document the ongoing neglect and mistreatment my grandmother has experienced at this facility. I would never recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved one in safe and compassionate care.
