Terrible product-in our case deck boards….. water seeping out as we screwed them down, 2 days later they all cracked, warped and shrunk causing gaps in between where the boards were butted up together on both the sides and ends, bevelled/warped to the point of you are not walking on a flat surface you can feel the warp under your shoes Customer service was horrible at the store - when informed of this the 2 guys behind the counter told us they didn’t know what to tell us and that they have never heard of this before - leavin... read more

Terrible customer service experience. Staff member literally walked away from me when asking about products the website said they had in stock after being told they don't even carry them. St Thomas is not that much further I guess.
