I was involved in a pretty nasty accident, and had some concussion concerns the following day at work. Headed over to the Mercy ER, and they took good care of me. From the front desk, to being released, everyone was very friendly. Ended up getting a CT scan that came back clear. I was cracking jokes with everyone along the way, and was there maybe 2 hours from door to door. Not bad.
The lady who took my personal information was rude. The doctor and nurses were kind and professional even though I was diagnosed incorrectly. I went to my family physician and they told me something else.
I have been very happy with the care I received at Mercy. All staff there seem to care about their patients and take the time needed to make sure they are comfortable.
Radiologist Chris, nurse Makayla, Paramedic Josh were absolutely the best with their kmowledge and beside manner!
