Dr. Capucao and Anne the receptionist are great. Although, I had so much trouble getting in contact with someone filling in for Anne, Maggie, who left me a less than pleasant voicemail about a prescription I was having trouble filling. She made it seem that she was doing me a huge favor by simply calling my pharmacist to ensure they got my refill, saying “I did call the pharmicist, which I never do anymore…”. Why not? It really rubbed me the wrong way.
DO NOT GO HERE They will cancel, not answer the phone, overall not patient friendly and would never recommend my worst enemy to come here
I saw Nicole a while ago and would not recommend her or this practice in general.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment made in September for November. The psychiatrist had her minion call me the day before my appointment in November to reschedule. I can’t believe I had an appointment for 2 months and they rescheduled the day before. I also believe that my ex-psychiatrist Catherine James did not really care for my well-being and just wanted her check. I am fed up with this practice and don’t think new patients should go here. The worst practice ever. I was convinced by my therapist to let them take over writing all my meds. The practice made a decision to disallow one of my Rx. Then discharged me bc I was not happy about it and demanded an explanation. I didn’t get one. I contacted the director on his FB messenger. He didn’t respond but he did have his minions call me and scold me. Long story short SP engaged in unethical practices and doesn’t care enough about their patients to explain why. Pass on this place for real!
