First, I would like to thank whoever stopped the inaccurate billing notices I was receiving so I can give this location the 5 star review my therapist earned. I gave someone I love information & u gave him a appointment then canceled it ? I had a wonderful therapist SARA . It just makes me sick to my stomach to know my friend was treated like this . I would give 0 stars & will never recommend this clinic to anyone.
The only saving grace of this office is Jessica. She is fantastic and the only reason I stayed after being shuffled between doctors for 9 years. After Dr Simon left the first time I saw Dr K who was a waste of energy. I saw one or two intern seeing Theresa and then Elizabeth and both of them should not be practicing. They just throw ideas at the wall with no reasoning and hope they stick. My therapist is outstanding but the management of this practice is extremely poor. They told me they use a third party billing company which hasn’t been sending bills!!
