Switched to the KOP location when my original provider at the North Wales locations changed practices, and have had nothing but problems with the KOP office since switching - even before their system change early this year. Medications were submitted incorrectly multiple times and I have to call the doctor to correct every month. Secretary is hard to speak with live on the phone, and leaving a voicemail (or multiple ones) gets a callback about half of the time. For two long years, I've been a loyal patient of this practice. However, recently, an icy wall of silence has descended. The front desk secretary, Jackie, has seemingly vanished into thin air, with my phone calls and voicemails disappearing into a void. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Elizabeth Dowling should have her professional license revoked. She gave me a new diagnosis within the first 15 minutes of meeting me and it wasn’t even accurate. When you challenge them they will discharge you without providing the required referrals.

Do not under any circumstances use Springfield Psychological. The receptionists are either rude or completely horrific at communicating. Regarding the "doctors" they are more concerned about making feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and more anxious instead of helping you with your issues. Very limited evening appointments so if you have a 9-5 type job you will not get anything for months. The worst practice ever. I was convinced by my therapist to let them take over writing all my meds. The practice made a decision to disallow one of my Rx. Then discharged me bc I was not happy about it and demanded an explanation. I didn’t get one. I contacted the director on his FB messenger. He didn’t respond but he did have his minions call me and scold me. Long story short SP engaged in unethical practices and doesn’t care enough about their patients to explain why. Pass on this place for real!
