John Schramm was contracted to repair gutters, replace fascia board, new sofit, and hang 6 shutters. The estimate included replacing wood with 1x8x12 pressure treated wood 5 in total. John and his worker left the job Thursday. We called john to let him know gutters were leaking, wood he used in front of garage was 1x4x8 untreated lumber and was too short , shutters only had 2 screws in them, He said he was unaware what his worker did and that fascia must of slipped down but would make all corrections on Sat. On 12/24/2022, the water pipes in my garage had burst in multiple places from the freezing temperatures causing damage to the copper pipes and the water softener system. John Schramm had reached out to me and provided many different quotes on what would need fixed and/or replaced. John had came out in a timely manner especially with the holiday of Christmas around this time.
