Where to begin…what a frustrating experience from the second I walked in the door. Truly something out of a movie. I was at this practice for 1.5 hours…you read that correctly. My appointment was at 3:15 and I showed up at 3:00 as requested for paperwork….10 pages of it, front and back…why isn’t this virtual?? I could have done this the day before or on the drive over! One of the staff actually called me back up to the desk to ask me why I didn’t want to allow my husband to have access to my medical records. Excuse me?? It’s... read more
