I'm so disappointed that this place is closing. It wasn't free from problems– maybe consider calling your client if you can't fill their prescription?– but that was literally my only beef with them. Refills were quick, the staff was lovely, they answered their phone (looking at you, old Springfield Rite Aid). I'll miss it and everyone I've gotten used to seeing there. This is a top notch pharmacy, I hope they never go anywhere!
Update- I love Springfield Pharmacy, or at least I used to. Several things have changed, and with chronic health problems I sadly am needing to switch to Kinney, I would rather support a small pharmacy - but not at the expense of my health. 1. "Inventory problems" - They don't contact the patient to let them know that the pharmacy won't have the medication in for weeks. You show up almost out and get the wind knocked out of you and have 2 days to beg your receptionist to get ahold of your doctor. - I've been told one day I c... read more
This is hands down the best pharmacy in Springfield. Always had good experiences with this pharmacy since I switched a few years back. And they deliver!! The delivery man is very nice and friendly. Update: They even call to set up a delivery time that works at your convienience when its time for delivery! Best pharmacy around!
Springfield pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I've ever used. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. They're fast, efficient and will go out of their way to help get what you need whenever possible! They also deliver which is great!
