Support staff were great. But I think they lack the sympathy of others time. I was there for my daughter’s appointment, on time. As I was sitting there they squeezed a patient in ahead of mine (non emergency) making us wait an additional 45 minutes. Had to reschedule because they were going to be closing and my daughter’s appointment was going to take 45 minutes. So irritating and rude.

The care seems decent but their scheduling flexibility is awful. They refuse to schedule two months out because the doctor may want to take that time off. So, if you have something that needs to be scheduled that far out you need to wait and call. Also, they won't schedule many Fridays in the summer because the doctor may not want to work. We are too committed to change now but if I had know this would be an issue at the outset I would have checked out my other options.

Disclaimer: I have yet to finish treatment with Doctor Samuel and her team, but I've been under her care for about a year and a half. Overall it's a great clinic with great people. Even during the midst of the pandemic, the overall experience is comfortable and understandable. Unlike other doctors who try to railroad you, Springfield Orthodontics explain and workout a treatment plan with you. Great with my child but refused to submit a claim to my insurance company. I refused to pay full price when i could use my insurance. Very disaapointed that they were an approved provider for my insurance but would not file a claim on my behalf. So disappointed that i paid the fees for all of the diagnostics out of pocket but they wouldn’t file the claim.
