Just picked up my new glasses and am so happy with them. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a family owned business offering personal service and it shows!
Everyone at Springfield Opticians treat you as the most important person to walk through their doors. Always helpful and courteous and never rush you out. They take the time to explain everything to you, answer all your questions and make sure you understand the answers. The big smile and happy greeting when you enter lets you are at the right place! Kudos to the staff and drs! Don't change a thing!!
We love coming here as a family, the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly!! We never have to wait long either. Can't say anything bad about this office!
I had a very good service at this eye glass store. Comparednto where I had been going for at least 10 years before finding Springfield Opticians. I always would feel rushef into buying or choosing before they closed. I had a lot of pressure so I went looking elsewhere and found Springfield Opticians. Very happy I switched.They are friendly, professional and courteous. Flexible hours and the owner waited on me was very personable and friendly, eager to wait on me. Hope this helps in your search.
