I think I'm some kind of masochist if they mess up the service 3 times and I still give them a chance. I decided there for the one service cause I had a recall. They did the usual + transmission oil replacement. 5h after this there is a huge oil spill under my car.. it's Sunday tomorrow and what the heck am I supposed to do? Till Monday I wont be able to move the car. What else they messed up? My breaks - I spent so much money for them to replace the pads. Quality workmanship. Service manager was a pleasure to work with.
They were amazing! The figured out in a couple hours what multiple others couldn't in 8 months! (Literally) ... I didn't have wipers for 8 months (even after spending $2000+) but drove out of their service center today with working wipers! They went over everything with me prior to doing the actual repair and explained it all to me! I will def go back with any other issues! I highly recommend them!
I recently had some warranty work done here and left with mixed feelings. While the actual warranty service was completed, I was handed a laundry list of “recommended” services and had to sit through a sales pitch for their installment payment plan — the same script being repeated to every single customer walking through the door. I can practically recite it word for word now. The biggest red flag for me was when the service technician quoted me $100 to replace a cabin air filter that costs about $15 at any auto parts store ... read more
This place is no good. Brought my car in to be inspected and a oil change $190$ out of my pocket nothing done to my car but they put air in it. I could have done the job they did it Wawa. They're diagnostic test cost $190.
