These hold times for the service department are absurd. There should be an option to leave a VOICEMAIL but wait.. They wouldn’t get back to you anyways. Reading Mitsubishi lacks customer service. MAJORLY. When my vehicle was in there for service, I had to call them 3 times for an update over the course of a week because they NEVER called me with an update. Learn from my mistakes and take your to another dealer!!!
