I came to visit my parents and I hadn't even been there for 20 minutes when my truck was taken by my towing people at 6 pm they picked up my truck because they had orders to pick up every car that was parked on the street because it's an order from the office... Worst mistake ever. The office staff never has answers to anything. I've been without the use of facilities for 2 days now. Water backing up in sink and tubs they claim they are going to get a snake and return nothing I call the office and the answer i was given was I'll have maintenance call you. There is a hugh raccoon running around out there after 10pm do not take out your trash. It lives under my neighbors front porch. I notified the office. People across the street park in the grass. Living here in these mobile homes in Spring Meadows in Kirby, it is very disappointing that the water is always getting cut off. Sometimes we go with a day without water. This is getting ridiculous. People have to shower I won’t be renewing my lease sorry thank you for long wait with no water….
