Living here in these mobile homes in Spring Meadows in Kirby, it is very disappointing that the water is always getting cut off. Sometimes we go with a day without water. This is getting ridiculous. People have to shower I won’t be renewing my lease sorry thank you for long wait with no water….
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Most of the good reviews are apparently new residents. I’ve lived here for 2 yrs. The water is turned off for plumbing line issues all the time! No advance warnings. You get the warning when it happens. It will be literally be almost all day. Suzanne in the office has a bad attitude & apparently thinks she runs the show. She needs to be moved to another community already! They never answer the phone at the office! I hate doing this but I actually use to like living out here this past year have been a horrible experience just in the month of May the water has been shut off seven times.
