I have been here for a long time and have had no problems what so ever. The ones that complain are the ones that gave a big sob story to management about this and that and wanting a place to live are the ones that do not pay the lot payments or pay other bills,water and so on. They also do not keep the place the live in up, things piled outside, trash everywhere. All they need to do is to follow the rules set up. If you have any questions for me post them and I will speak with you.
do not buy or rent from this place .they don t fix anything if you rent and you can never get ahold of anyone in the office .and when you do talk to someone you get a run a round, and the water gets shut off monthly for hours .
