My 98 year old mother lives at Masonic Home. They have caring, professional and hard working staff from Director to Housekeeper level. My family feel blessed to have her there. They are investing lots of capital to make the campus top notch.
Look very nice. But the patient floors are poorly staffed. Residents cannot have their call buttons answered timely.therefore it leaves them sitting in wet or soiled garments(diapers) far too long. Need to build the staff on residential floors.
